Alejandra de la Vega-Foster is a member of the Board of Directors of
Alamacenes Distribuidores de la Frontera, a company that operates over 300 convenience stores in Ciudad Juárez and northern Chihuahua, Mexico, and is the owner of the Domino’s Pizza franchise in Ciudad Juárez.
Mrs. De la Vega-Foster is a co-owner and serves as a member of the Board of Directors of MountainStar Sports Group, LLC, the operating entity of the El Paso Chihuahuas, a Triple-A Baseball affiliate of the San Diego Padres playing in El Paso, TX; the El Paso Locomotive FC, a USL professional soccer team in El Paso, TX; and FC Juárez, a Mexican Division 1 A soccer franchise playing in Ciudad Juárez, MX as Los Bravos. Mrs. De la Vega-Foster also serves as a co-owner and the President of the Board of Directors of FC Juárez. She is also co-owner and President of Franklin Mountain Franchise Ventures, LLC, a company that operates, among other businesses, franchise rights for La Madeleine Country French Café in El Paso Texas, as well as in the states of Arizona and New Mexico.
From October 2016 to September 2021, Mrs. De la Vega-Foster served on the Governor’s Council as the Cabinet Secretary of Innovation and Economic Development for the State of Chihuahua, Mexico.Actively involved in the Borderplex communities of El Paso and Juárez, she serves on numerous business, civic, and charitable boards and organizations. Currently Mrs. De La Vega-Foster is a member of the Board of Directors of the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) Juárez Campus, the FEMAP Foundation in El Paso and Juarez, and La Rodadora Children’s Museum in Juárez. She also serves as a Director of the Paul L. Foster Family Foundation.
Other organizations in which she is actively involved include Desarrollo Economico de Ciudad Juárez, the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) Paso del Norte Chapter, the MD Anderson Cancer Center Board of Visitors in Houston, Texas. She also serves as Co-Chair of the Borderplex Regional Economic Alliance, serving in El Paso, Juárez, and Las Cruces New Mexico.
